RETURN POLICY
PLEASE READ THIS PAGE BEFORE ORDERING TO HELP PREVENT PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER.
We ask that you carefully review your selection before placing your order to be sure you are ordering the correct size, color, quantity, etc. Because we do not manufacture our products, our return policy is directly linked to those of our suppliers. There is a restocking fee from 15-25%, depending on the supplier and the cost of the return shipping so, again, we advise careful review of your order and that you read the following so you will know the steps you need to take in the event you still wish to return merchandise.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
IMPORTANT! Inspect your package upon delivery.
BEFORE you sign for it –CAREFULLY INSPECT EACH ITEM.
Any damage must be noted AT THE TIME OF RECEIPT in order to receive any refund or replacement.
If it arrived by truck – you must note the damage on the BILL OF LADING. Keep a copy of the receiving paperwork, with the damage description noted on it, for your records, and mail or fax a copy to B & B Pastimes immediately. (Within 5 days)
Clearly mark specific details on the driver’s copy of the delivery receipt – i.e. – box “wet”, “crushed”, “open”, “damaged”, etc. Notify the carrier immediately. They may send someone to inspect the damaged items to determine the extent of the damage.
If this is a UPS delivery: BEFORE you sign for a delivery – CAREFULLY inspect each item. If the package appears damaged, you may choose to refuse it.
If it appears to be “box” damage only – KEEP IT. Notify us immediately.
These problems are not common, thank goodness, but in the interest of keeping our customers happy, we want you to be informed up front, of what to do, just in case.
UNDAMAGED ITEMS;
NOTIFY B & B Pastimes by e-mail or FAX, of merchandise to be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Dollhouse kits that have been removed from the box and/or partially assembled are not returnable.
A product must be in new, re-saleable condition, in its original packaging to be accepted for a refund or exchange and is subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Merchandise that is returned without prior notification to B&B Pastimes will not receive a credit or refund.
Please be assured that customer satisfaction is always our goal, but it is necessary to follow our return policies to receive any credit or refund.
We will make every effort to resolve problems quickly and to our mutual satisfaction.
